A Defined Protocol for 'Done'

How I define 'done' and what is included on a checklist in order for something to be considered 'done'

In order for the things I undertake to be considered 'done', I have decided that I must write about them:

• Write about the project / task
• Reflect on and identify the learnings
• Capture and document the process, learnings, insights etc.
